Refund Policy

General Policy

IdeaMap operates a no-refund policy for all simulated evaluation account purchases once the account has been created and credentials have been delivered. This is because our service involves immediate provisioning of trading accounts and capital allocation.

When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Payment was confirmed but account was not delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
  • Technical error resulted in duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Payment was sent but order was rejected by IdeaMap for reasons beyond the trader's control.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment to support@ideamap.fun with full payment proof.

Account Breach

If your simulated evaluation account is closed due to a drawdown breach (exceeding the 5% fixed maximum drawdown), no refund will be issued. This is a standard industry practice and a known risk when purchasing simulated evaluation accounts.

⚠️ Important Note

Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature. Once USDT is sent, it cannot be recovered from the network level. Ensure you are sending to the correct address and exact amount before completing any transaction.
