IdeaMap is an AI-powered diagram generation tool that allows users to create various types of diagrams including flowcharts, mind maps, sequence diagrams, and more by describing their ideas in natural language.

• Free users can generate up to 10 diagrams per day
• All generated diagrams are based on user-provided text descriptions
• The service uses AI (DeepSeek) to generate Mermaid.js diagram code

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to generate excessive requests
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IdeaMap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of the text descriptions you provide. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To generate content that is hateful, violent, or discriminatory
• To infringe on any intellectual property rights
• To spam or distribute malware
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To interfere with the security features of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF THE CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEAMAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
